Overview
AHAC is a pan-African health systems transformation house — a place where Africa's health priorities are designed into the policy, evidence, financing, and implementation architectures required to move them from commitment to scale.
We work alongside Ministries of Health, African Union institutions, Regional Economic Communities, Development Finance Institutions, and private sector partners as a long-term technical and strategic counterpart. Our work is structured to be owned by African institutions — built to outlast any single engagement.

We engage as peers to the institutions we work with — close enough to sovereign decision-making to understand its constraints, fluent enough in capital to mobilize it, and technical enough to design the systems through which both must operate.
